Zach Jensen

Assistant Coach

I’ve been doing CrossFit since about 2011. I’ve competed and won a couple local competitions. Prior to CrossFit, I did triathlons, and for the majority of my 20’s I trained MMA (mixed martial arts). In college, I was a personal trainer at the YMCA, until life got too busy. I’m looking forward to getting back to that, because isn’t that really what life’s all about? People helping people?

Daniel Kuper

Coach
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

I’ve been doing CrossFit since about 2015, and coach since 2016. My favorite movements are deadlifts, and (believe it or not) my favorite workout is Karen…150 wall ball for time. When I’m not coaching I’m probably working on my house, working, or going on doggie play dates. One piece of advice I’d give to new CrossFitters is to keep track of your progress and try not to eat like total crap.
