Competition Sign-Up



CFD Cardio Challenge:

Starts March 31st

You have from Sunday to Saturday to accumulate points. You must accumulate the required points for the week outside of class times. Open gym is fine. You cannot accumulate more than half of your points on any one activity. For example: Week one cannot be 3 points on the bike and 2 on the rower. You must split them 2-2-1 in week one. You can add multiple points each day.

1 Mile run = 1 point (13:00 time cap)
2k Row = 1 point (9:30 time cap)
2 Mile bike (can be actual biking or assault bike) = 1 point (Actual biking 12:00, assault bike 6:30 time cap)

Weeks 1 & 2 – 5 points

The points will increase as follows:
Weeks 3 & 4 – 7 points
Weeks 5 & 6 – 9 points
Week 7 & 8 – 11 Points

You can earn extra credit points each week.
+1 point for attending a total of 3 classes (including CF & QF)
+1/2 point for each additional activity logged over the requirement

Please note: You are not in any way required to participate in these challenges. They are just a fun way for us to promote you getting outside to run or bike.

  • New to CrossFit?

    Whether you’ve never tried CrossFit or are just looking for somewhere to start, sign up for our 6 week introductory class, Couch to CrossFit.

    Classes are 3 times a week. Monday and Thursday evening from 6:30-7:30pm, and an optional Saturday class from 8:00-9:00am.

    Tuesday 6:45-7:30pm – Varsity (ages 9-13)
    Friday 5:45-6:15pm – Jr Varsity (ages 5-8)
